- /api/upload_refs: pull файлов с ВМ (SSRF-guard, лимит 50МБ, ретраи, DELETE)
- uploadFile: PUT на WebDAV /contracts-upload/ → refs → pull
- nginx: location /contracts-upload/ (WebDAV + CORS для managed-фронта)
