stand(PROD): добавить FPipeGmail (полный pipe: vdc/edge/shturval/vm + modifiers)

terraформ-манифесты прод-стенда FPipeGmail. terraform.tfvars игнорируется (.gitignore *.tfvars), токен не коммитится.
