fix: пути к репозиториям приложений CRUD — организация terraform, не Nail

Репозитории приложений переехали в организацию terraform:
  Nail/tfluceecrud -> terraform/tfluceecrud
  Nail/tfflaskcrud -> terraform/tfflaskcrud
  Nail/tfnodejscrud -> terraform/tfnodejscrud
Проверено анонимным git ls-remote:
  terraform/tfluceecrud  -> HEAD d4f42a8
  terraform/tfflaskcrud  -> HEAD e5fce97
  terraform/tfnodejscrud -> HEAD 23338cb
  Nail/<репо> отдаёт 301 на terraform/<репо> (устаревший адрес).
Важно: сам tf_examples остаётся в Nail (Nail/tf_examples -> HEAD df44774);
terraform/tf_examples -> 301 на Nail/tf_examples. Репозитории IOT также в Nail
(tf-iot-producer/consumer/dashboard: terraform/<репо> не существует) — не тронуты.
Правки: CRUD/locals.tf (3 git_path) и CRUD/README.md (таблица репозиториев).
