CRUD: postgres_conf переведён на синтаксис map-fixed

Было (array-map-fixed): jsonencode([{ param_name = "log_connections", param_value = "" }]).
Стало (map-fixed): postgres_conf = { log_connections = "off" } — формат, который
принимают выпущенные провайдеры (nubes 1.1.0 / nubes-dev 2.1.0 / nubes-test 3.1.0).

Заодно выровнены пробелы в access_configuration (только форматирование, значения не менялись).
