Repinoid d7b3c653e0 feat(ha): leader-election via Redis lock + /ready endpoint (active/passive, off by default) 
- app/leader: Elector (SETNX lock + PEXPIRE heartbeat via Lua, IsLeader)
- app/persistence: TryAcquireLock/RefreshLock/ReleaseLock (no-op when Redis absent)
- app/router: /ready -> 200 if ReadyFunc nil/true, else 503 (both planes)
- app/cmd: --leader-election / SHARED_SQS_LEADER_ELECTION, --leader-ttl, --leader-interval;
  ReadyFunc wired only when enabled, lock released on graceful shutdown
- default OFF: single-instance behaviour unchanged

Repinoid 3a52960d5b P1.4: tenant-индекс очередей (O(1) подсчёт/список вместо скана) 
Введён тип QueueStore с индексом accessKey→{queueName}. Мутации очередей идут через
AddQueue/RemoveQueue (create/delete/restore/config/seed/admin), подсчёт и список —
через CountTenantQueues/TenantQueueNames. Устранены O(total) скан-по-префиксу в
countTenantQueues, deleteTenant, listTenantQueues, createTenantQueue. API SyncQueues
(Queues, Lock) сохранён — остальной код не затронут.

Repinoid 424ec32a6a P1.5: убрать демо-бэкдор (публичный bypass-токен UI) 
Удалены authenticateUIDemoToken, uiDemoToken/uiDemoTenantID/uiDemoEmail и их
константы (demo-ui-shared-sqs-ngcloud-2026) — публичный путь входа в UI мимо
JWT-валидации. seed.go теперь создаёт demo-тенанта со СЛУЧАЙНЫМИ кредами
(tenant.Create), без захардкоженного SecretKey в исходнике. Тест
TestJWTAuth_AllowsDemoToken заменён на TestJWTAuth_RejectsMissingToken.

Naeel 8a8d232742 feat(metrics): integrate Prometheus metrics into router and main 
- /metrics endpoint via promhttp.Handler
- actionHandler: request counter, bytes counter, latency histogram, errors
- Gauge updater: queues/messages count per tenant every 15s
- All metrics labeled by tenant and/or operation

Naeel dbcd8b1921 feat: billing — usage tracking per SQS operation in PostgreSQL 
- New package app/billing: Init/RecordUsage/Close with auto-migrate
- Integration in actionHandler: record tenant_id, operation, msg_count, msg_bytes
- Helm chart: billing section in values.yaml, secret-billing.yaml, env vars in deployment
- Optional: billing disabled by default (BILLING_PG_HOST not set = no-op)
- Table: sqs_usage_records with index on (tenant_id, recorded_at)

Naeel c3ba2dcae4 chore: initial import from sless/shared-sqs (v0.1.14) 
- Standalone SQS-service repository
- Multi-tenant message queue service, AWS SQS compatible
- Based on GoAws, with mutable tenants, auth, WebUI, Redis persistence
- Ready for independent development and deployment
