P2.7: убрать SNS-следы (Topics/Subscriptions) из goaws.yaml

Модели Environment уже не содержат Topics/SnsPort (форк вычистил SNS), но yaml
хранил легаси Topics и SNS-комментарии. Оставлен только SQS-конфиг.
